RICHARD JEFFRIES
Goalkeeper
Born: 15.07.1985
Richard joined the Rhondda Bulldogs at the end of the January transfer window in 2009 from Cwmbran Town. Previous clubs include Hong Kong FC, Coed Eva, Cardiff Corries and Chepstow Town.
LEIGHTON JAMES
Goalkeeper
Born: 22.09.1988
Signed from Pontypridd Town with whom he progressed through their youth set-up. Previous clubs also
include Newport County and Cambrian & Clydach.
PHIL CLARKE
Defender
Born: 02.07.1977
Phil is a fit player who operates in a wingback capacity for Ton Pentre. The former Inter Cardiff and Pontypridd Town player can execute pinpoint crosses. Phil joined the Rhondda Bulldogs in the 2006/07 season.
ADAM LEWIS
Defender
Born: 04.09.1983
Adam is a wingback who joined us from Troedyrhiw for 2008/2009. He’s had Welsh Premier League experience with Grange Harlequins who he joined from Merthyr Saints. His experience is valuable to Ton.
JAMIE THOMAS
Defender
Born: 07.08.1991
Jamie joined Ton Pentre from Treorchy BGC in the 2008/2009 Season. After working his way into the first team last season Jamie proved himself to be a hot prospect for the future. With more experience he can be a top Welsh League defender.
MATTHEW O'KEEFE
Midfielder
Born: 02.01.87
Matthew transferred to the Rhondda Bulldogs from Welsh League Division Two outfit Tredegar Town. The midfielder also spent several seasons with Newport County as a youth player.
MARTYN PHILLIPS
Midfielder
Born: 03.08.81
Martyn transferred to the Bulldogs from Pontypridd Town. He’s a busy player that uses the ball well. Former clubs include Cwmbran Town and Caerleon.
WAYNE ANTONIAZZI
Midfielder
Born: 19.03.84
Wayne joined the Rhondda Bulldogs from Welsh League Division Three outfit Aberbargoed Buds back in November 2009. Despite there being much competition for midfield places Wayne will hope to secure a regular place as he looks to impress Andrew Hughes here at Ynys Park.
LIAM HUTCHINSON

This is Liam’s second spell with the Rhondda Bulldogs after transferring from Cambrian & Clydach in
December. He has the ability to read play and pick out the perfect pass. He’s also pretty good when it comes to set pieces.
LEON YOUNG
Midfielder
Born: 13.06.1986
Leon spent last season with Aberbargoed Buds. He’s a skilful player that likes to drive forward from the middle of the pitch. He is expected to fit in well at Ynys Park.
ALYN JONES

Alyn is a firm favourite at Ynys Park and is an intricate player that is capable of unlocking any defence with his incredible skill. For the 2009/2010 season Alyn has been handed the Vice Captain’s role, an appointment that will please the Ton fans.
CHRISTOPHER JONES
Striker
Born: 23.04.1989
Chris is a very exciting player that joined the Bulldogs from Caerleon at the start of the 2008/2009 season. He has pace, skill and a wonderful finish. This young striker will be looking to improve on the 10 goals he netted last season.
CAIO IWAN
Striker
Born: 07.06.91
Caio joins from Bangor City and is currently studying at Cardiff University. He is a Welsh Schoolboy International and has Welsh Premier experience.
MATTHEW HEARNE
Defender
Born:13.12.1987
Matthew joined Ton Pentre in January from fellow Division One club Caerleon. He has previously played for Cinderford Town and is known to be an attacking defender who ended the season before last as top goal scorer for Caerleon.
CALVIN MCLAGGON
Striker
Born: 13.11.85
Calvin joined the Rhondda Bulldogs from Dinas Powys in November. He is a speedy attacker who can carve open opposition defences. Previous clubs include Cardiff City, Newport County and Maesteg Park.
TOM DAVIES
Defender
Born: 15.04.1989
Tom transferred to the Rhondda Bulldogs from Cinderford Town in December. He’s a former Newport County youth team product who will hope to be the linchpin of the Ton defence.
GERAINT PARFITT
Midfielder
Born: 07.08.1985
Geraint put pen to paper for the Bulldogs in January. Before joining Ton Pentre Geraint was unattached but has previously played for Cardiff Corinthians. He will be looking to impress the Bulldogs management to work his way into the starting XI.
FRASER WILLIAMS
Midfielder
Born: 22.10.1987
This is Fraser’s second spell at Ynys Park after spending some time with the Bulldogs as a youngster several seasons ago. Signed from Tonyrefail Welfare in February Fraser has his eye on becoming a vital part of the Bulldogs midfield out on the wing. He has had previous Welsh League experience with Pontyclun.
